are there any game stops or other stores having intence midnight Release Partys? Not just standing there but an actual party with lots of people and all that? Im in Cali los Angeles btw.

Best Buys across the country will be doing midnight launches as well…sadly being that its an M Rated game the ESRB prevents them from showing anymore than trailers at the events but the game is anticipated to be the biggest release of the year so expect a big party at those BBY Midnights

I would say Best Buys and Gamestops in NYC will be having large parties.

Gamestop? No, I don’t think so, Microsoft store? Maybe, tho, it’s still way too early to know what all is going to happen that night. Try asking at the local Gamestops closer to the release date.

There is usually pretty fun midnight releases at my local gamestop we all just play video games and do various other things not really intense but pretty fun

I would recommend Best Buy, as they always give out free things. =] I’ve gotten a glow in the dark frisbee, t-shirt, inflatable energy sword, and a sweet Reach beanie.

I’ve also been to Gamestop, but they never give out any swag. So my release will be at Best Buy, unless you can make it to a Microsoft store which may have a huge party. They probably will seeing as Microsoft will be promoting the heck out of H4.

A Microsoft Store out here in Colorado had a really fun party for the CEA release. Unfortunately, they said they’ll only be selling 10 Limited Editions of Halo 4 which will be a first-come-first-serve basis.

Cancelled my pre-order there and went to GameStop as they always have parties.

Thanks guys! Ill call around as i dont want to stress about preorderig to late. I was to young to go to the cea release and when halo 2 and 3 came out i was still a bit to young.when reach came out i went to the midnight Release but it was just a long line not a party atmosphere just people that where really exited. Ever since high school now(Im 15 now) i haven’t really played videogames occashin i would play halo but before then i read all the books my friends would come over we would play halo all day and all night. Ever since halo 4 has been announced that hardcore halo feel that’s been tucked away in me for years is rising again! Sorry for the mini rant just so pumped for halo 4. Good to see 117 back in action.
