So, me and some friends were playing Spartan Ops yesterday and we suddenly noticed that all of the covenant had shrunk and were holding giant weapons. It was honestly one of the most hilarious things i’ve seen in a while. Is it a glitch or an easter egg?

I think it’s hilarious.
I had it happen to me in the mission on Complex. I never got close enough to see that they were shrank, just assumed that they had dropped through the map.

Yeah, it is a glitch a lot of folks are having. I think it looks funny, but I can see it being a pain on higher difficulties.

Had this happen to me on the complex mission, probably the most hilarious glitch I’ve ever seen in a halo game. Good times good times, how’d you get such high quality video?
I dunno for sure, but I think it only happens with enemies from the drop pods, because instead of just spawning, the drop pod “grows” in the sky before dropping down, so sometimes the enemies inside it won’t grow with it. I hadn’t seen it with the past episodes though, so I wonder what is so different about episode 3’s code that makes it happen.
ahaha! if this is a glitch then i really think 343 need to turn it into a proper easter egg! :’) it would have been even funnier if the wrath had shrank to!

It didn’t happen the second time i played that mission so it probably is a glitch of some sort.

Should include a skull that shrinks enemies, would definitely up the difficulty.

I have a HD Pvr so i can capture great moments like this in an instant 
Same thing happened to me and a friend, we squased them with Mantises. This reminds me of mini Noble Team in Halo: Reach.
This along with the Giant warthog glitch would be hilarious.

too bad there is no theater mode in Spart Ops, because I (Somehow) managed to assassinate what I think was a Elite; looked really fun to see my guy throw a midget to the ground and stab the ground 5 feet from where his head actually is.
And yes, this glitch IS a pain in the -Yoink- on higher difficulties; On legendary the only sign you’re facing Fuel Rod generals is the many guns moving all over the place and still avoiding grenades ‘n’ stuff.

Yeah we assassinated some but i didn’t get it on film, theater would be helpful. Also we were on legendary with this so thats why some tiny jackals can kill me in seconds they are a pain, just tiny little guns
I fought mini-covenant in episode 3 chapter 2. When i would kill them, a little skeleton made of 5 sticks would appear there. Has this happened to anyone else?
happened to me and 3 randoms on the mission after shootout in vahalla. XD I was running around killing the enemy. then all of a sudden. guns floating above the ground, I was like wtf every time I respawned. Near impossible to kill them unless you get them just right.
lol. they should turn that into a skull
