They way microtransactions are set in halo 5 I can’t even hate on. The core fans get all the maps for free. While 343 makes money from the impatient and casual, candy crush and clash of clan gamers, who are used to paying to get things now.
Warzone will be chaotic and extremely social and so much fun. The thought of killing someone and taking the gun/vehicle he might have paid money to have is hilarious. Each death is money out of their pocket lol. It’s purely an option and anyone who takes it gets no sympathy from me
While if it were maps you’d have to get them eventually because playlist will require them. Pretty much removing the choice of spending more money.

Well the money promises weapons and vehicles, not wins. So they aren’t wasting money when you kill them. But I generally agree with you. Doesn’t seem like a big deal.
