why would they let a bunch of people pay for the maps and then give the maps to other people by accident or on purpose for free, that isn’t fair to the people that purchased LE and the Map pass.
Yes it was. This has happend before. DLC and TU’s have gone wrong a few times. This “conspiracy theory” to bring up the number of players in Halo 4 is the funnest thing that iv seen people state. Things go wrong mistakes happen get over it.
No in light of all the other -Yoink–ups to do with Halo4 I think this in line with their track record - a bate and switch move like that is beyond their technical ability at this moment in time.

I bought the LE and I don;t think what -Yoink!- did was fair.
They lied and are taking content away people bought and saying it is a “trial”
There are so many lies going on it is disgusting, immoral, and downright offensive to the fanbase.

actually we still get it but those that do not have the pass or the LE will have to buy it
Bait and switch. Should have said trial or demo when they put it on their menu and now you have the back tracking and stupidity and lawyers holding onto the terms of agreement like a five year old and his blankey in a thunder storm of incompetency. The good news is that Halo 5 benefits from all this trial and error.
> I hope that the people that bought the LE can still have access to them…
> If not, I wonder if you could sue them for breach of promise…?
You’ll run out of money for a lawyer before you’d even get the chance to begin a suit against them. All Microsoft would do is stall until you gave up. That’s why we have Class-Action Lawsuits.
