I’m afraid that Microsoft Support have told you that just to get rid of you (something they do regularly too). This forum is mainly filled with other players just like you or me and is very VERY rarely visited by anyone from 343, except to give updates. MS support have simply fobbed you off because they don’t know how to resolve your issue.

They said this to me. I knew 343i don’t come here or care, nor do they have a contact email, or facebook admins. I tried to stay on with the guy but he said “I’m a gamer too man, and it’s affecting me also” like he’s just some guy on the forums I decided to whine to.
I’m going to contact them again very soon because most game testers get paid for their work.
