Has anyone else played in the FFA or 2v2? My friends and I are considering signing up for the 4v4. But we’re not the most skilled (Platinum-low Diamond in Arena/Slayer) and also worrying about the event being poorly run has us concerned.
Any idea how long the tournament might run? How many games is our team guaranteed? Things like that would be good to know. Thanks in advance!
It doesn’t matter if you aren’t particularly skilled at the game. All that matters is having a good time with like-minded gamers.

I played in it and it was one of the best times I ever had. When its full (32 teams) theatre is a 1-2 hour wait time if you win and advance to the next round. I haven’t received my req pack, but I don’t care because its about having fun and meeting new people who share the same passion. Keep in mind not everybody is going to be a good sport about losing, my friend and I beat these overly confident dudes in the first round and one of them didn’t want to shake hands but he knew it was the right thing so he did. Definitely go with a friend so you are not board while there. Also they have the game on the other consoles open to everybody so you can practice in between rounds. Now I need to grab 2 more friends and sign up for the 4v4 tourney, I hope they do more of these tourneys. p.s. you should wash your hands because the controllers get sweaty from other people.

I would enter to play, however my friends no longer play halo anymore. I have joined with random people in the past, it was not as much fun.
