I pre ordered my game from the Microsoft Store. I opened the game up there was no code for the pre order bonuses. It only came with a 14 day Xbox live trial and an advertisement for headsets and controllers. The assault rifle bayonet and skin is no where to be found.
I have the same problem man! I thought it was a part of the digital content as I have the limited edition and thought it was all one code. Then it never popped up. I did some research and according to their website they transfer digital content directly to your account but I have yet to get mine. I hope they fix it soon as I really want that bayonet! It’s the only reason I didn’t go to GameStop.

not on my end -tried it last night around 11pm est and it did not work
I contacted two support people at Microsoft last night. Neither were very strong in English nor very familiar with what I was actually asking, so take their response with a grain of salt:
They said the in-game unlock codes will be shipped out with the $10 gift card 10 days after we receive the game. I really don’t know why they would do that, but that’s the answer they gave me. I’m fairly skeptical about it but there isn’t much that can be done otherwise, since calling support took almost an hour and got me basically nowhere.

Dang. Ten days? Did you check your email? All my friends went to gamestop and have their cool stuff while I, since I got a preorder fro my Birthday and it wasn’t from Gamestop, which is where I usually preorder from, have to wait a week?
I can confirm, it should show up in a message from microsoft around a week after the release date. I read all of the fine print to offer s extensively when choosing the right edition game to buy. Should be the same story with the $10 gift cards for buying from the microsoft store.
I’ve been checking my email but haven’t gotten anything from Microsoft. I was also looking at my order history/information and it only lists the game itself and the gift card, so that’s of no help either

I believe the code will come to you in the form of an xbox live message rather than an email.
Not everyone from gamestop got their bonuses either, just saying.

Nice. That’s pretty helpful. BTW, I also loved Halo Wars. Played it Saturday, hoping it becomes backwards compatible.
Yea same problem! I bought mine in store and didn’t get mine either
Same here, no mention of the preorder bonus and I have not received any emails from microsoft. I even went to the midnight launch at a microsoft store and they supposedly made an avatar for me with my face on a spartan armor, but no dice they haven’t emailed that to me either. Anyone know anything about that?
