Microsoft Shareholders don't understand the Halo fan base

I’ll try to keep this post short as this can go on for a while.

I have seen a variety of post discussiing the ridiculous prices for customization options and also the lack there of customization.

I belive 343 is trying to give the players, us, what we want but all the Microsoft Shareholders see is dollar signs. They do not see the negative affects all the shady and predatory microtransactions will have not only infinite, but Halo’s legacy.

The best way to show them that the fan base won’t put up with it is to:

Not pay for any microtransactions items
(Maybe) not pay for the battle pass (I understand the game has to make money somehow)
Only play the campaign through game pass
And, I know this one wouldn’t happen, but if everyone didn’t play for just one day, the shareholders would have to allow 343i to make changes rather than keeping them under their thumb.

As a fan of Halo from back to the Combat Evolved days in 2001, and despite 4 and 5 being major disappointments, Halo infinite feels like a proper Halo game and I really want to see this game taken to the level it truly can be.

Were it so easy…

I feel like the Halo community’s current relationship with 343 can be summed up as such:

Fate had us meet as foes, but this ring will make us brothers.

Chances are if you have any kind of retirement account, you are probably a Microsoft shareholder. Make your opinion known.
