Hopefully someone can help me. I have been pushed from one helper to the next for the past couple of hours. Starting with the Xbox forums, then to a messenger with help, then on phone with help, and now here. I was told that I have to get my free month of Gold from you, not Microsoft. I bought the game on launch day and just want what I’ve been told I will get. Please give me my free month of Gold.

Since release did you play MCC at all online between Nov. 11th and Dec 19th? If not you do not qualify for the 1 month.

Yes I did, I played online quite often since the day I got it- Nov 11th
