They won’t give a refund cause it states Microsoft gives no refunds on microsoft point transactions that go through I think. Since you agreed to the terms and conditions, there is nothing you can do. Sorry for your predicament man.

They will not reimburse the points but maybe they will get something for free maybe a free XBLA arcade games, points or maybe even some other goodie

Oh, and before you ask, I’ll go ahead and answer. Yes, I payed the whole $1,075 I spent on Halo 4 (three consoles + map pass). I’m 17, but me and my family have money and I understand some people don’t, but it’s only $25. 343 and Microsoft are great companies and care for their customers.

If I understand this correctly… you have a sharing problem with your family so you must shell out $1,075 to compensate this feasible problem to let everyone play.
