So I thought it would be nice to sit back and buy some packs for a change. I bought about 9 packs which coated £20 or about $28 and guess what…I have no packs.which means that I paid quite a lot of money just for nothing,I really want the packs and I don’t know what to do
No one has ‘robbed’ you. You should check to see if the packs have shown up by now. The last time I purchased packs it took a few hours for them to appear. If they still haven’t appeared in your unopened packs section then you can contact microsoft support and they can help you.
