HALO 5 HAS BEEN REBORN!
Seriously: you have infection back, a HUGE req pool you can make money off of, THE POWERHOUSE THAT IS FORGE, Better servers somehow?, and THE PRO LEAGUE. This game feels like its new again, its fantastic.
Unfortunately after the bad reviews Microsoft will continue to shove 5 under the carpet, in terms of marketing Halo Wars 2 or Halo 6 will probably be there priority.
it does feel like what was promised originally, i wish more people would give it a second chance. although i do think that most of this stuff should have been at launch its nice to have it, hopefully more people get halo and try it. a promotion would help though hah.

Not many companies re-advertise for their already existing products. The reason being is marketing a product is very expensive. The movie industry is one of the few industries that marketing the product twice in its life-cycle is normal. The first is when the movie releases in theaters and the second time is when it releases for Home Entertainment. For games, the highest sales come from the first 1-3 months of release. After that, the sales numbers drop drastically depending on when the game released. Don’t get me wrong, Halo is still being advertised, but not as it was during the release of the game.
Too late. They already threw a record amount of promotion money for launching H5 only to have it backfire. First impressions matter.
I’m not sure spending more money on advertising would prove to be a good business decision. If someone wants Halo 5 they will buy it at this point or when there is a price reduction. With the summer upon us, there will already be so much advertising on Infinite Warfare and Battlefield 1 that Halo 5 (being an old game) would just get drowned in the hype.
Also, I’m not sure a “hey, look at us now 6 months after launch we finally have a complete game” would significantly boost sales.
