I have seen a lot of people of late asking if their allowed to use certain things in their creations. I have provided links in a few posts now, but I think that this thread should be made, and stickied, concerning Microsoft’s Game Content Usage Rules. A link can be found here
Please be sure to CAREFULLY read this over when deciding to create something. This can help you avoid legal issues, and Microsoft provides these rules as a courtesy to their customers to help avoid these issues.
If after reviewing Microsoft’s rules, you still have questions, feel free to ask in this thread.
