Came across this topic in my news feed. Not sure if it pertains to 343i but I hope this doesnt make additional wait time on the game.
Even if it further delays the game, I support microsoft and 343 in doing what they feel is best for their collective health.
If that means working from home, then so be it and good fo them. Minimizing risk to employees should be the number one priority.

agree…just providing information to the community
Worth noting that the decision is to allow employees to work from home (pending managerial approval), not that all employees will be / will be forced to

Sure, though I just hope there upgrading their personal hardware too since a lot of employees are going to struggle to make great content if they can’t use things like ‘graphic tablets/monitors’.
From the developers I’ve talked to (non-343 ones btw) they much prefer to be in office just because it’s easier to work there with all the hardware and networks already established.
Worth thinking about.
As a team lead, in ad/promo not dev, I had to deal with this long before the pandemic. It’s an organic process that is both beneficial and negative, it will require flexibility at every level, but will work out after some growing pains. What MS put out has said that’s pretty much what they are going to do, so no reason for any of us gamers to worry about it.
