Well… this along with MLG dropping Halo, really does show competitive Halo is dead. 
Seriously… Borderlands 2 is more competitive then Halo 4 apparently.
Microsoft/343 pretty much left the competitive fanbase to die. What do you guys think about this? I’m really angry that Halo 4 was so casual friendly.
They also have a BF3 picture for Modern Warfare 3.

I won’t be buying anything related to Halo as a result of MS’ and 343’s attitude and neglect towards us, and I will happily spread the word NOT to buy their products in the future.

I don’t consider video-games to be competitive. If I want to get competitive I play a sport, Chess, board game or something LOL.
It’s a bummer that MLG dropped Halo, but oh well 
I still have a lot of fun with Halo without MLG, but still, I’d rather have MLG than not have. I’m not sure if 343 can make up for however many angry fans they’ve disappointed for Halo 5 from Halo 4.
I like everything I hear about the PS4 right now.
The depth of my apathy towards this issue knows no bounds…

MLG doesn’t make a game competitive. The community does but the community sucks, which makes the game competitive. I don’t care what Microsoft says or what anyone says for that matter. Halo 4 is a good game. Quit playing the game if you don’t like it.

MS also released an unfinished verson of the 360 and when the RROD hit i didnt see people saying the 360 was dead. Competative Halo isnt donefor stop being over dramatic. 343 is still trying to get some competatived gametypes out hell they even listened to people who wanted an improved slayer pro gametype which if you didnt notice was taken down before frankies appology and it was stated that it was taken down so that it could be improved. Its not dead get over it -_-.
Funny, I did not see it listed under the casual games.

I and many others have, how can you not see that many people have stopped playing, it’s pretty clear a fair few people have stopped playing the game, I am one of them, along with many people on this forum.
Why do we come here you ask? We come here in hopes that the game will improve and that we can help stop the ship from sinking. Halo is a sinking ship, Halo Reach was Halo approaching the Ice Berg, Halo has now hit the Ice berg and is sinking.
343 are the 1st Class passengers that get away with their money, however us the fans, are the 3rd class left on board.
The first class people were some what responsible for the sinking of Titanic because before it hit the Iceberg, the people who called out the distress signal were too busy managing messages from the First class people, they decided to ignore the Ice warning that they were given.
The same can be said for 343, the First class people and the Radio lads are 343 and MS, we were the ones that gave out the Ice warning, and were ignored.
Well MS is partnered with -Yoink!- atm, so they couldn’t sign the deal to mlg apparently.
