Microsoft confidentiality rules

In the Halo Insider FAQ, there exist a question named “What is and isn’t considered confidential?” and in the answer, there is a reference to Microsoft’s General Confidential rules. However, there isn’t a link to the referenced document and I haven’t managed to find copy of this document.

Due to this, I would like to know where to find this document in order to get a better picture about what I’m allowed to discuss about a given flight if I get selected to join one?

Here is an extract from that FAQ thread as a reference.

What is and isn’t considered confidential?

As a Halo Insider you’ve accepted Microsoft’s general confidentiality rules which apply to the overall program and everything therein. It’s important for Halo Insider to pay close attention to the specific survey or flight they are a part of as each specific activation may have its own specialized requirements. It’s the responsibility of Halo Insiders to make sure they understand the specific rules along the way. When in doubt, it’s always best to assume something is considered confidential until told otherwise!

The rules of the flight are usually communicated through the flight overview/ invite. In the case of this flight, you are allowed to stream & share video from the flight. Obviously your invite is for you only and you shouldn’t give that or the game files to anyone else. I think the confidentiality rules being referred to is related to flight feedback surveys that are sent out after the flight. So after a flight, 343 will send out surveys to select players to get their feedback on the flight. You are usually not allowed to discuss the content of or your responses to the surveys. That’s where the confidentiality rules come into play. Before taking the survey, they let you read the rules and then you have to agree to them. I think that is what is being referred to.
