I pre-ordered the game, and have yet to unlock the exclusives. I checked my emails for a code - nada. Checked requisition packages - nada.
You’d think since I ordered with my Gamertag that it would have been automatically added to my account, but alas - nada.
Anyone have any advice?

Did you pre-order the digital edition? I did the normal limited edition and didn’t receive a physical code.
I had to call Microsoft. I got the digital deluxe preorder edition. But I can still buy the digital Deluxe off the market place for 89.99. I’ve already paid for that. I parently have the standard edition but been charged 89.99. I also was missing my stuff. Called Microsoft last night and they said many people are having the same issues and they sent me a code that night for the contact. Like five hours later. But I got it.

Check the email that you used when you bought it. Mine was actually already in my email inbox when I had posted this, I just hadn’t checked it because it’s my old email. It was sent yesterday around 2 PM for me.

They are probably just being slow with sending it out. Did you get the ten dollar credit to your account at the same time?

This isn’t something 343 can help you with. Pre-order bonuses are between you and the retailer so I suggest you call the MS store back and keep talking to them.
There aren’t preorder exclusives, just things you’re guaranteed to get before other players.

MS store has told me to come here multiple times to figure it out.
