Microsoft Azure to Run Halo 5's File Browser?

Halo 4’s File Browser was a rushed, late piece of garbage that only made original gametype creators even more obscure. Rehashed versions of the same gametype after same gametype were made, and even then, being a content creator was hard, You had to rename files constantly in order to upload them to the file share. Another big problem was that even if you did remove a file from your file share, like lets say something you’re not proud of, you could still find it with the custom search. It’s about time to put the Internet to use.
One problem that was already mentioned is PLAGIARISM. 343 is too busy to maintain the file browser, so they need systematic solutions. Files w/ similar names but different games need to be renamed, and unoriginal idea downloads and recommendations need to go to the original content creators. Downloads with more than 1,000 downloads should be hidden so that original ideas are often found upon and are shared expressively. This is next-gen, so I was hoping that you would find a way to delete files entitled “slayer”, “slayer1”, “lassos”, et cetera.
Mods, Ultra Mods and Mini-Games simply exist because content creators were not satisfied with what was available to them. Just saying. If you gave content creators a game type workshop with every option possible and custom value entries, you would have people in there for HOURS.
Speaking of files, films and film clips need to be downloadable on computers so that everyone can publish their own maps on YouTube. Do NOT remove Theater in favor of Upload Studio: There was this thing.
In short, I expect an actual downloading service, with hexadecimal validating and source tracing, as well as full controls of how content is distributed. It’s just like 343 Industries; developers got it bad.
