As per MS/343 statement; “All codes have been sent”.

If you didnt get one, you didnt qualify or were not registered as qualifying. Either way, no more codes will be sent.

If you haven’t gotten a code yet you’ll have to wait until they unlock it for everyone else and when that is going to happen is TBD.
