I wanted to try to get onyx with a friend together in breakout ( a gamemode which I only played when the game first came out … And therefore only made gold something my highest in it.
My friends highest was gold 4… In which he had been placed at the start of the only season that he ever played breakout ( last month ).
so we wanted to get to onyx together and this is what happens…
he wins 5/10 placement matches performing avaragely in those matches.
I win 8/10 of thise matches and play very well for almost all of them.
he gets silver 4 I get silver 2… What the heck? I know that both these ranks are very bad… Btw, since placement we are just destroying all the other golds and silvers. This shows how messed up it is. I won 3 more matches and got placed lower… Wtf. Also… We are at platinum level at least so why not just place us there?
The placement system sucks and it’s even more bothersome that the season are so short, but this horse has been beaten to a bloody pulp so much that nobody bothers to complain about it anymore. The sooner you learn to accept it and start the grind, the more you’ll enjoy this game. I will say it has gotten a little more accurate since the first couple seasons when the game gave out Onyx for SWAT and FFA like hot cakes, though.

Yeah, I was there when the game first came out and everyone thought they were gods cause they got onyx after placements. I havent really cared about csr untill now though… Thats why its taken me so long to complain about it lol.
