I don’t seem to be able to send or receive messages in my inbox. I have not had this problem before. I have tried different browsers and the Xbox1 and the problem is the same

I have messages in my inbox! Thank you all for your help. Someone sent me a message. It showed up in their sent box, but it took 2 hours for me to get it

Hey - can you access your inbox at all? Or do you get any sort of error message when you try to send a PM to another user? If you cannot access your inbox at all, it may be that your Xbox Live / Microsoft account is a child account in which case it won’t be allowed to access the inbox feature of Waypoint.

I can access my inbox. I don’t get an error message, but I don’t get the “message sent” confirmation, either. It just goes straight to my inbox after I send a meesage. This is a very recent problem and affects inboxes of all profiles on my Xbox1, even the one that isn’t in my Spartan Company. My inbox is not full

The officers in my Company, which are all on my Xbox1, received their last Company inbox messages April 16th and can’t send or receive messages. My inbox failed April 18th

This is crippling my ability to run my Spartan Company

I’m also having this problem. My messages aren’t sending and aren’t appearing in my “sent” folder.

I’ve tried iPad running current Safari and Chrome browsers, Amdroid phone running chrome, and a Windows 7 pc with IE Chrome and Firefox. I’m not in a rush to get the feature back, but want to help be a part of the solution.

Just had InherentlyBad try to send me a message and I did not receive it, nor did it appear in his sent folder.

Edit: OP, is there any chance you can change the title to messaging problems? It appears to be a problem with messaging more than specifically the inbox. :slight_smile: Also, it is my pleasure to help, HaloGoodBngieBd :slight_smile:

edit thanks for the confirmations, can actually confirm this myself as well. Have passed a message on

Things should be getting back to normal now, I had PM’s come through this morning and my sent box also seems to be working. Will keep an eye out though, props to the web team for working on this :slight_smile:

I actually am having this problem, I’m trying to send my Company memebers a pretty important message regarding one of our commendations and it just keeps giving me the error. It’s been doing this for a few days now

Oddly enough I CAN send messages to individual memebers but not to everyone. Which is extremely odd since I was doing so not more than a week ago…very odd.
