Iv’e noticed that there isn’t really a way to send a message to all company members on the Xbox. You can do it on waypoint but people don’t seem to check waypoint as much as their Xbox messages. Maybe it’s just my company but i think it would be awsome if people playing halo 5 could see company messages in-game, and reply to them. That way the communication would be much better between members. I hope something like this is possible, i mean it’s great that we have a list of members in the game now but there should be an easier way to interact with all of them at once. Being able to have some sort of in-game forum would be the answer to that.
The best method would be to set up a chat system with an app of sorts. From what I’ve heard, Discord seems to work very well.
Xbox Live now supports Clubs. You can form an Xbox Club and add all your company members to it. This will serve as a group messaging service on the console.

I’ll give the club thing a try but i was thinking about a forum or something similar inside the Halo 5 UI like the friends list/company list. Like a convenient in-game messaging system seperate from the ones on Xbox. It’s probably not possible but i think it would be really popular and successful if it were. Thank you for the idea though.
Discord
I would recommend the club idea, and then having your club members download the XBL smartglass app on their phones so that way they can get messages directly sent to them.
Things like discord/skype/facebook are great ideas, but they typically tend to go sideways pretty quickly and people’s phones get blown up pretty fast if they have the app. With smartglass, it’s a lot easier to send out notifications, plus people will get the messages if they are on their consoles as well.
