I have been working on getting all the skulls when i search up a video and find out that there is FLAMING hayabusa armor! So I just wanted to ask if I could get it. It really must be a pain in the backside having to deal with people who want free armor and for that I apologize. Thanks!

There is no such thing as ‘Flaming Hayabusa’ armour.
What you saw is the Bungie exclusive ‘Bungie’ armour, which consists of a chest plate and nothing more. This chest plate adds the flame effect to ANY helmet that you choose to wear.
Bungie armour is only available to Bungie employee’s and was never released to the public, thus making it impossible to acquire red flames for your helmet in Halo 3.
To add to the above, 343 no longer have the ability to unlock any of these items (Flaming Helmet, Recon, etc) for users, That ability was retired back in 2014

Bungie no longer have anything to do with Halo. The rights to the franchise were handed over to Microsoft back in 2007 when Bungie went Independant they entered their deal with Activision back in 2010
