Carbine wasn’t in Halo CE. The only Covenant weapons in Halo CE were:
Plasma Pistol
Plasma Rifle
Plasma Grenades
Needler
Energy Sword (Not Usable)
Fuel Rod Gun (Not Usable)

oops LOL then technically the only usable weapons for coveneant in every game other than Halo Wars is the plasma pistol, needler and plasma grenades.
