Whenever I’m playing H2A or Halo: CE multiplayer I hear a menu scrolling sound in the background, when I use the movement stick and also when I press B. Anyone else getting this issue?

It happened to me once, but it also said “Connecting to game” on the bottom right corner, even though the game was working fine. This was in Halo 2 original on turf MM game of TS.
It happens most in h3, but tis a new feature.
I’ve had it every game that I can remember.
