The menu navigation sound has a high pitch and is causing discomfort. Please adjust the sound frequency to eliminate discomfort. This is likely more noticeable with HI-FI setup.

I have this same issue. I hear it in my headset. It’s earsplitting. It’s near the frequency of a dog whistle. It’s ear piercing and painful. I turned down sound effects to reduce it but that also reduces helpful environmental sound effects in matches. It needs to GO now.
