I keep getting a variety of messages in Halo 5’s menus and even occasionally in game. Here are all the ones I’ve got so far… “REQ SERVICE UNAVAILABLE: An error occurred while contacting the requisition services. Please try again later.” “CONNECTING TO LOBBY: Attempting to contact the Halo 5 servers.” “PROFILE SYNC ERROR” Also, I mainly do forge and have noticed my forge maps which are not a crap ton by any means take FOREVER to load. Occasionally it prompts me with “UNABLE TO CONNECT TO HALO 5 SERVERS” after trying to load something like maps or trying to load into a lobby. I have had a few people tell me “Well that’s obviously your internet.” tips fedora While at first I did think that was possible after some investigation I have found it has nothing to do with my internet. Even if it was my internet the problem should persist if I was to say use a totally different internet ISP and all. (Which I did do and the problems continued) So here is my current situation! I have to exit and go back into Halo 5 twenty times before it works correctly only to get into a forge game and be prompted with “PROFILE SYNC ERROR!!!” every few minuets. Maps still save but this is getting on my nerves… Is anyone having the same issues? If so do you have a fix?

*Edit: So now that I’ve closely watched what exactly goes on I randomly get these while trying to go in and out of lobbies… “LEFT FIRETEAM” “PROFILE SYNC ERROR” “HALO 5 GUARDIANS SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE” “REQ SERVICE UNAVAILABLE” and there is some more I will update when I get some more time.

These glitches appear to impact everyone. Including me. I recommend switching to a wired connection to minimize errors. You will still get some but with less frequency. When the above happens I hard reset the box or quit out and restart the game.

Same dude - getting all these errors too plus the odd disconnect from the game, I monitor my connection while I play so I know when its being dodgy, but it’s fine while Halo has problems.

For me it all culminates in me not being able to find a game, after successful playing one. Like i’ll search, find a game in two minutes and play it, after that? I often wait half an hour for another game. Quitting the build sometimes helps sometimes doesn’t.

SO strange. VERY frustrating.
