Menu Background Options Still Broken on Series X

With mention of them adding a new video background option in today’s update, I was really hopeful that we’d see a fix for the issue where the background resets after the game is closed/reopened on Series X (my Xbox One S and PC don’t have this issue). However it seems the issue still remains.

So just wanted to post this to bring attention to the issue as I really like the background options and it’d be great to use it on the main platform I play the game on.

-Yoink!-, I had fears this would still be happening. Although it’s not ideal, thank you for confirming it.

i can change it but i turn it off and back on again it turns back

I have the same issue, but i noticed that this problem is not listed in the Known Issues of the Halo Waypoint Support, so i submitted a ticket to them.
Pretty much a strange thing to happen.
