Mendicant Bias in the game?

We all knows Wars 2 is set on the smaller Ark in 2559. Something I’m curious about whether our favorite tragic Contender-class AI will have an appearance in the game. Mendicant Bias was put into exile on Installation 00, with his matrix being fragmented and sent out elsewhere. We know Bias had the fragment aboard High Charity’s Keyship, which reunited with him when Truth arrived to the Ark. Bias wants to atone for his mistakes, wanting to help the Reclaimers (John being an example). With the Spirit of Fire arriving on the Ark, you’d think he’d try to help them. I hope at some point in the game, they make it to the deserts of the Ark, and MB is finally released. It would be great for a couple reasons: 1) Finally getting to see Mendicant Bias in a game would be a dream come true. 2) Having an AI that could probably outclass and outsmart Cortana. I think it would be a sadly missed opportunity if Bias is fully back in action by the end of the game, ready to kick Cortana’s -Yoink-. Do you think Mendicant Bias will be in Halo Wars 2, and will lead into the bigger plot?

hopefully

Shoulda been in halo 5 but we know how that went

The thing is if we get Mendicant Bias does this mean we would have a Promethean faction dont really want any more of them

Is important

No it does not mean we will have a promethean faction although it is a possibility.

well if not promethean then most likely a flood faction because mendicant was at one point working with the flood

He could be in the game and could be in Halo 6. This idea comes from the 2013 ‘Halo’ trailer for Xbox.
-One thing that sticks out is that at the end it only says Halo, there was no 5, so the trailer could be about the Reclaimer Saga itself.

-Master Chief’s cracked visor, was from Locke.

-When Chief looks down at Cortana’s chip, the music went piano-y and soft (not a music guy but you what i mean).
So implies that he still has a soft spot for her, but he knows he has to destroy her, and look how fast he clenched his fist and put it away.

On the left side where MC looks at the landscape. There is a red thing there, its very close, so it could be the core of the Ark.
And the guardian or construct rising is orange lighted, Cortana’s ones are blue.

Thats just me and others analysing what we hope to see

I just re-watched the trailer, and I think you might be on to something. An interesting though I had - what if that Guardian we see (cause it looks much different) is being controlled by Mendicant Bias rather than Cortana. The Chief has already decided that he needs to stop Cortana no matter the cost - they go to the Ark, Osiris and Blue Team meet with Infinity and the Spirit of Fire and they take the Ark by storm.

This is interesting, I’m going to keep looking into it. I’ll update anything new I find.
