Just a quick question surrounding the Ark:
Did the fragment of Mendicant Bias and Tragic Solitude ever communicate prior to the arrival of the dreadnought? If they didn’t, was this because Solitude was forbidden from speaking to Bias, or just because Bias was sealed and could not communicate either way?
I don’t recall any lore about this, as far as I know Solitude only ever communicated with Spark in the Halo 3 terminals.
It’s been a little bit since I’ve read the forerunner saga but I think I remember it being because Mendicant Bias was sealed and could not communicate because it was found to be compromised.
Are you talking about during Halo 3 or during Bias’s imprisonment long ago?

During Bias’s imprisonment. I thought that there was a part of bias that was still sealed on the Ark until Chief reaches it. I was just wondering if Bias and Solitude had communicated at all during that time period.
I guess it’s likely that they wouldn’t have though. I’d assume that Solitude either did not know that Bias was on the Ark at all, or was forbidden from contacting Bias outright. Sorry if my question is a little confusing!
