I did not receive the “Memories of Reach” download. Did something happen that I would not have received it? I am anxious to play. Please let me know
If you are able to start up the game, the update is downloaded and installed, if you have your xbox on Instant on it might have downloaded and installed automatically without you knowing.
Thank you. I checked and it is not there. I did have to uninstalled it for a few months and then today it finished downloading. But, it still is not there. Any suggestions. Thanks.

When you say “checked”, what do you mean? Are you able to boot up Halo 5? If so, if you go to Arena, do you see an Infection playlist available to select?
I am having issues with the purchased REQ’s for the Memories of Reach bundle. For every REQ pack that I have received, there are always “Boost” options, both for Warzone and Arena with different requirements. Some examples are “Legendary-Finish a Warzone game and claim your RP reward”. I cannot get any of these to work, I have met the requirements for many of these and they never unlock. I normally wouldn’t make a big deal about it, but since I paid for the Memories of Reach REQ packs, I would like to get some of them since it costed money to buy them. Any suggestions?
I downloaded the game and according to the Halo 5, we were suppose to get it free. I have not seen it anywhere. HELP!

You got them they at added at the end of the game into your total points earned. Nothing gets unlocked

If you downloaded the game it should be there. He update included the infection playlist. Also as far as I know you have to have the most up to date version of H5 to even play the game

The req pack was a limited time purchase.
if you have been playing halo5 you have he update. The game makes you update to even play. It’s there
edit I notice you have been playing infection. So got memories of reach. It’s just a download. Not a req pack.

Memories of Reach was a game update that everyone downloaded some time ago. I you can play Halo 5 right now, you have the update. There was a limited-time REQ pack available for the week after Memories of Reach update, but it cost money/RP to buy and has since been discontinued. All REQs that were released with Memories of Reach are now obtainable through normal REQ packs (bronze, silver, gold).

You have the update, you wouldn’t be able to start the game if it weren’t installed, the fact that you haven’t got an MoR req item is unrelated.

There have been several updates, not only the Reach update, do you see any of the other updates show up anywhere? If the update wasn’t on your game you wouldn’t be able to even start the game, it would prompt you to download it.
Here’s the MoR req sheet(all the stuff you got with the update) you should give a look at the Req sheet and then look on your req collection for some of those cards so you can realize that the update is there, try checking your helmets and look for the Wrath helmet, you’ll see it there. Keep in mind that the update adds the item to the pool of items you can unlock, it doesn’t mean that they will be unlocked and available for you to use.
