So I just opened the free pack they give you and it only gave me a noble armor varient. Is this wrong? I thought it was supposed to give you 1 use reqs from the update.
I I know there’s a time for the reqs to drop but the pack showed up just now so I should be good to go right?

They said to wait until 3pm PT, so I’d wait.

I got two Phateon Helios variants 
I got the Noble Valor armor skin and a Brute Plasma Rifle. Disappointing… I was hoping for the Vigilant armor. Something actually from Memories of Reach, as opposed to an armor skin from the vanilla game which really doesn’t look much better than the default skin, which I already have…

It is. Just bought one for 120000RP and got Emile’s helmet, Jun’s armor, plasma rifle certification, an emblem, bunch of mantises and legendary exp boosts for Arena and Warzone.
Is the Memories of Reach Pack that costs 120,000 RP the only way to get the new armors and permanents? Or can I get them from Silver and Gold packs as well?

You can get them from silvers and golds, if you get lucky. Noble team’s armors are high tier items though, so unless you already have most of the rubbish 343 armors and helmets you really need to get lucky.
