I spent 16 hours grinding to afford the req pack and I didn’t even get a mythic weapon! Does anyone know if I can get my req points refunded?
Sorry OP, REQ points can’t be refunded. That’s how it works with the REQ system, you’re not always guaranteed to get a mythic item in your pack

Hello, I have bought the Reach memories pack seven times and I have not received the complete set, I would like to know if it will take a while for it to be sent to me?
This is how the REQ system has always worked since Halo 5 released though - unless it’s explicitly stated that you are guaranteed to get X item upon redemption, it’s always up to RNG.
The Reach pack actually says you get 3 permanent REQs and of those REQs you can potentially get a mythic weapon. The mythic weapon from this pack I believe is Jorge’s Chaingun, so you would have a 1 in 7 chance of getting that from your pack. The items from this pack are in the general REQ pool as well now, so you’ll be able to pick them up from Gold packs. There are no refunds for REQ packs

Respectfully, it says it comes with a mythic weapon. Look at the screen shot I posted.
This is very misleading of 343.
It’s not, the pack has been out for, I think, 2 years now. Nobody has brought this up on the forums in all that time. You’re misinterpreting what the pack offers. You have the chance to get the mythic weapon from the pack, but it’s not guaranteed you will get it first time. You need to get the pack 7 times in order to receive all the items, which means you have a 1 in 7 change of getting the weapon. It could come in the first pack, second pack or last pack, all down to RNG.
Does anyone know how I can get ahold of 343? I hope they can refund my req points and change the description of the req pack so that it’s not misleading
There are no refunds on REQ purchases

No that’s just telling you what is available in the pack. No you are guaranteed to get it.
