Memories of reach req pack is glitched

So I just opened up a memories of reach req pack for $14.99 and description reads,

  • 3 new permanent req based on the armor of our fallen heroes of noble team
  • A mythic weapon
  • 12 ultra rare or legendary single use req’s

Now, I did get the armor, but I didn’t receive a single mythic weapon and I only received 6 single use req’s.

does anyone know where I can report this problem, a support page or something because I didn’t receive what was advertised.

Same thing happened to me. I only got the Wrath helmet and armor plus 5 warzone boosts.

Same thing happened to me, and I only got Jorge’s armor and no helmet.

Same thing, I got Jun’s helmet and armour but uncommon for everything else

Did anybody else only get armor? Seems like everyone got armor and a helmet but I didn’t

I only got one piece of armor. So only one permanent REQ out of the three you are supposed to get

It would be nice if 343 would at least acknowledge this problem and let us know if they are working on a solution.

I bought a Memories of Reach Pack for $14.99 and when I opened it online I didn’t receive one of the Noble Team helmet and armor sets as promised in the pack’s description. I received everything else that was supposed to be included in the pack so I am hoping that 343 Industries will simply reimburse players with the REQs we are missing on a case by case basis. Whether you paid with REQ Points or cash, we should get 343 Industries’ attention that their Memories of Reach Packs are selling some of us short. :confused:

I purchased a Memories of Reach Pack and did not receive a Noble Team helmet and armor! Also, there was no mythic weapon… Could I be reimbursed for the 120,000 REQ points I spent? How is one supposed to get the whole collection after 4 purchases if the one of them does not contain any of the promised equipment?

It wouldn’t even let me purchase the REQs… I was going to buy them until i had the Jun Armour… And it failed to honour the transaction… And now the REQ is gone from the menu selections…

343 boning everyone again… How about giving out a complimentary REQ for everyone containing all the armour pieces instead, as an act of good faith… For those who already bought them, have it give them 4 guaranteed Legendary/Mythic sets, and fill the rest with whatever…

might actually get players coming back and filling up the playlists again for that…
