I had been saving up REQ points for a week, when last night i finally got to 120,000, then bought the pack. As soon as i pressed the “A” button to purchase it,it force closed and stole my credits. I am sad to see as many bugs in halo as i have seen. I have been playing Halo since Halo 1, and i have never seen as many bugs as the last couple has had. I lost 120,000 points that sounds like a bad bug to me. I have spent thousands of dollars on their products. Is all the money they make going to their heads? I don’t even care about the credits, just fix your glitch.
If it took your credits then you will still have the pack, all that happens is that it skips the opening animation of the pack. On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!

I did the hard reset but nothing so i guess i’m just out 120,000 credits. I know when it crashed from buying the reach pack it probably didn’t register the purchase.
My second memories of reach pack was supposed to come today around 4:30 but it never did so i hope i still get it

The Reach packs weren’t weekly - they were single purchase and aren’t available any more
