I don’t want to sound like a complainer, but this is just BS. Thursday and Friday, the pack description claimed that obtaining this pack would get you 2 armor/helmets from the new update. It also said that once acquired 4 times, you would have the complete set. I finally saved up enough today. It took forever to get from 20,000 to 120,000, but I did it. And all I got was an uncommon Brute plasma rifle Cert., Jorge’s chaingun Cert., Indominatible helmet, and a drone emblem, as well as like 600 chainguns. This deceit is just frustrating. Sure, I got a helmet, but I wanted A SET. MUCH LIKE WHAT WAS PROMISED. come on.

I’d say you need to read the fine print, but this isn’t any sort of fine print. It’s the actual description you claim to be quoting. Nowhere does it specifically promise a helmet and an armor set, but offers three random permanent REQS that can potentially be helmets and armor sets.
Read a little more carefully next time, because that pack did exactly what it promised.

Now, let’s talk about the drop table for the pack itself. As far as I understand it, the pack’s drop tables include:
- Intruder Helmet
- Intruder Armor
- Vigilant Helmet
- Vigilant Armor
- Wrath Helmet
- Wrath Armor
- Indomitable Helmet
- Indomitable Armor
- Jorge’s Chaingun (Certification)
- Brute Plasma Rifle (Certification)
- Brutalist Stance
- Vengeance Stance
While I’m not too sure about those last two, those are, as I understand it, the twelve “guaranteed” REQs in the pack’s drop table. A single Memories of Reach REQ Pack includes three of these twelve REQs. You got the Indomitable Helmet, Jorge’s Chaingun cert, and the Brute Plasma Rifle cert. Meaning those three are now off the drop table for you, and three more packs will unlock the rest of the nine remaining REQs.
There was never a guarantee for one pack containing both an armor and a helmet. The guarantee was three of those twelve REQs, and four packs would guarantee all twelve.
It’s basic statistical math. Think before you open your mouth next time.

Yup, they lied to all of us i wanted that new wrath helmet but i think they should give the 3 other packs to us because it clearly said ACQUIRES 4 TIMES
