So the community is pretty much in agreement that the blurred power req is Jorge’s turret… Why do you think the the grenade launcher got pushed aside for this update. I’m glad they got a variant of the plasma rifle, but man other big request for reqs this update was the grenade launcher…I even asked @brav what happened???

That’s one of my favorite memories of Reach.
yeah seeing the grenade bounce and blow up spartans was pretty awesome…would have loved to be able to use that in war zone assault lol

My guess is they thought the plasma caster was too similar to add it.

Yep, one of the reasons it was so awesome. Fire it, hold the trigger and wait for it to get near an enemy vehicle before releasing to EMP it. Those were the days.
I just thought about this…for the grenade launcher why don’t 343 just rip the grenade launcher off the gun goose and put one in Spartan hands???
