the suspense to see the req list is killing me just to see if these 2 weapons from the art book will actually be in memories of reach or if they’ll just be cut content. I really want to get a Juns sniper but I seriously wonder if it’s actually coming. What do you all think?

I don’t really see any reason to add these weapons. Jun used a standard issue System 99 Anti-Matériel sniper rifle, and Emile used a M45 Tactical Shotgun just like all the other spartans at the time. Not to mention we already have a mythic shotgun and sniper in the game.
All I want from the Reach update is the Mark V(B)

Because Oathsworn is seriously one of the worst weapons in the entire halo series and Juns sniper can provide a different playstyle compared to Nornfang. It’s still better than the infected energy sword and -Yoinking!- scarab gun ideas I’ve seen around

If they add a Reach sniper, they better call it the Hat Remover.
What’s so special about Jun’s sniper and Emile’s shotgun? They didn’t have any personal modifications, no special ammo, they were just standard issue.

Buck only got a normal magnum, but Whispered Truth is his pistol…

I’m holding on to hope that they’ll bring this in. Sure, Decimator’s the closest thing we have to Mark V(B), but it is not the same as the old base armor of Reach.

I want to see Jorge’s machine gun turret as a possible REQ use (maybe as a ultra rare/legendary use?). Jun’s Sniper and Emile’s Shotgun are also ones that I wouldn’t mind having, even if they were just “standard issued” weapons at the time, and if they are added, I want to know what their special attributes would be. Upgraded damage, perhaps turning invisible when scoped with Jun’s Sniper, or a unique assassination (Emile’s shotty in particular)?

I dont really think those weapons were very special though. And we already have a mythic sniper and shotgun. I don’t have any better ideas apart from the classic dmr.

There’s already two mythic melee weapons. Don’t know if they would wanna add another.
I just want my Mark V armor set and they can forget even about the Falcon

Didn’t even think about that. It would be super interesting using It In Warzone or better yet. Warzone Firefight against huge groups of enemies or Mythic bosses.
