Is there a way to either add members of your Spartan company to your friends list or ideally identify those who are online and create a party with them?
Yea, add there gamertag(which should be the same as the one the forums) to your friends list
I was really hoping the companies would be featured or have some enhanced features in game. Doesn’t seem to be a point to them
In-game? Not yet, but we’re hoping that they’ll bring Spartan Companies into the menu soon. It only makes sense to make making Fireteams, planing events, etc. easier.
Until then, you’re probably best off making a Gamertag thread in your Company’s personal forum and having everyone add each other via there.

Agreed. But You can just add all members of your company, then press X and scroll across to see them all. But people don’t want to waste time doing that and if people leave the company, well you will have a random in your friends list.
I still think a separate list will help out with fire team development, joint practices and social aspect for the companies - if 343 is willing to truly develop the concept of clan vs clan actions

We definitely NEED a clan list or “company list” in the same area as our “recent” players list.
It is SOOOOO cumbersome add your clan mates and then it is hard to invite them or see them if you haven’t added them to your friends list.
My Company list is 100+, and after gaming online for 10+ years, my friends list is also 100+ — it is just not very efficient or convenient… it just makes having a company difficult. I hope the company list will be added to the user interface with the next update asap!
PS I am also very much in favor of a clan v clan playlist!
