Anyone else finding it hard to melee in this game?
I’ve never had this issue in the past, but I keep missing real basic melee opportunities (something ridiculous like 9 out of 10 times).
I’m putting it down to the button placement, but wanted to know if it is just me or are there others having trouble as well?
I’m using the Halo 4 config (melee at RB) and I’m doing fine. It’s all about timing to me. When your enemies are glowing that would be a good time to try melee.

Actually, I think I’m hitting the button too early. Getting used to it now though. One thing I keep trying to do is boost+melee - perhaps 343 should look at allowing that?
I am hitting the button to early thinking I might lunge to hit, it appears to have changed from before. That may be me though.
There is basically no lunge now

it seems that if your opponent shoots you with a few stray rounds and you melee him you’ll just push him instead of you killing him, then he can bounce back off the push you gave him then he can shoot you in the face…!
