Melee weapon balance rant

Im sure this may have been said before but the recent castle wars as well as holiday fiesta melee playlist has brought it back to painful remembrance. I hope they change it in infinite. I am tired of sword v sword, hammer v hammer, and hammer v sword being basically a server connection fight when all is said and done. Either you need to make it truly a traded kill, or you need to make melee battles as skillful as any other weapon duel between the opponent im tired of the swung one millisecond too late so the sword makes it past the hammer, or the clashing 7 times with swords because parrying was removed stupidly and randomly one person dies when you both have the same health. Also I pray you never put ADS on melee weapons to extend lunge range ever again. How can you possibly make something so retarded? The spartans magically not lunging as far unless focusing?! Please code melee in the future so that its an actual useful interaction
