Melee Strength

Does melee still take out shields with one hit, and kill a full-health enemy with one hit?

Shouldn’t it? I think it’s great.

I hate double beat downs, takes no skill whatsoever. But yeah, one hit to pop shields, then another to kill. That’s how it’s been in most games. I just hope magnetism on beat downs isn’t as much as it was in Reach.

It takes NO skill? None at all? No skill to get close enough to melee twice? No skill to beat them to the second hit? Sure it’s annoying but “it takes no skill” is a stretch…

It’s not the fact that two melees is a kill, it’s the fact that the second melee can be done so quickly.

I hope the shield properties stay like in reach for melees because i know that in halo 3 if you pull off a melee on someone with less than full shields you still die.like shooting 1 or 2 shots with th PR or like 5 bullets with the AR and melee after the Spartan dies.THAT SUCKS.Keep it like in Reach if you have even a glimer of Shield left a single melee will just drop them.

I prefer MLG melee strength.

It takes one hit to get rid of shields, and another to kill a player.

If you take down the player’s shields to half, then melee, that also kills the player (also known as Bleedthrough, which I’m glad was brought back and put into Halo 4).

If you’re asking if double melees are back, the answer is yes. It will probably be harder now since you Sprint a lot slower when getting shot at.

Sprint forward, beat down once that person’s shields pop, many times the person who gets beat down isn’t looking, or has put a couple shots (not enough to pop shields) on the pursuer. So what can the perosn who got beat down do? Either try for the beat down or keep shooting.

If you do one or the other, you lose 9 times out or 10, unless you’re using AL.

Melee magnetism is high, way too high, so yeah… it takes NO SKILL to double beatdown.

Im just glad BLEEDTHROUGH is BACK !!!
