This is likely due to a connection issue either on your end or theirs. If it’s your connection which is the issue, there are a number of ways to solve it such as trying a wired connection instead of wireless. If it’s theirs, then unfortunately there’s nothing you can do other than try searching on “focused.” That should not only give you matches closer to your skill rating, but also closer to your connection speed.
