Any chance on 343 doing jackpots or challenges worth more than 1 million credits toward the release of Halo 4? Please post your ideas or comments.
Hope not. that would be sad for the people that worked their tails off getting ranked up. I’m almost a hero and i feel like i’ve put in alot, imagine the inheritors! they deserve to be the ones with haunted helmet.
Umm why? When halo 4 comes out people will still play halo reach. If you want to get to inheritor then keep playing reach after h4 is unleashed.
Noblebatman there are many inheritors who boosted to get their rank. Rank in reach is meaningless, what is more impressive is the commendation progress. One of my friends for example - he is an inheritor but he only has 1 commendation that isn’t maxed yet. Last I checked he had 7000/8000 for perfectionist. Trust me - after you hit mythic you really stop caring about your rank. I’m 59000 away from Nova, I’ll probably get promoted tomorrow and I hardly care one bit.
Eclipse to Nova = 2.5 million credits. Nova - Forerunner = 2 million. 500000 credit reduction! whoo hoo!

Forerunner to Reclaimer = 3.5 Million. Add another 3.5 Million to hit Inheritor.
I really doubt it. The credit limit is 200,000, so there’s no way they would give out more than that. I think 50,000 is the highest they should go.
Hopefully not, it would be a smack in the face towards the people who have worked hard on getting to Inheritor.

Then why, last week, did I go over the Credit Cap? I went over by a good 5K.

Credit Cap has been buggy for a while, ever since they raised it to 200,000.
I’ve surpassed it a few times, but that was only with Custom Challenges.

That’s just it. I didn’t use custom challenges. Anniversery BTB and FF, and BTB. That’s all I played that day. Never set up a custom that day.
The more challenges, the better I say.
honestly i would be mad about this. i am halfway to forerunner and am racing to inheritor. yah i am boosting for it but i didnt play for a year. with a challenge like that. well that is A LOT of ranks for most people. it would be totally unfair to the people(like myself) that have put in crazy hours and then would not even benefit from that.

I agree with this statement. At the very least, make it so there’s a challenge for every game mode instead of having the challenges all in say: Multiplayer or FF or (rarely) Campaign. I bought Reach for the full experience and having an objective while I play is a bonus.
