Mega blocks code missing

So I have recently received a halo mega blocks kit… And I oped it up and built it then I noticed that there was no code on the back of the card…

Was it from a retailer? or was it from amazon, cuz only the new sets have them

I’m not really mad about it but… If your not gonna give it don’t just put the card but no code
