Given the new event many achievement hunters have been waiting to earn this one since the day comes out. Much like other issue this game has had in the past with achievements not popping, many are wondering if attrition is in fact the elimination game type in the description for Medic?
Since there hasn’t been anything posted on the official website nor on twitter in response, I feel as if once again 343i will be giving players the silent treatment on issues in their game. While other issues like btb and other halo features yet to be seen are still issues on the table, I wonder if anyone else is worried that 343i will try to do a battle royal. This is something many of the people in this community are mostly against. Given how many features in this game are missing, be it co-op campaign or forge; many are now not sure if this game was just a cash grab or if the DEVs are just out of touch. Either way, until btb is up and running for pc with no issues on their end, many of us, may move on.
Attrition and Elimination are different modes.

There is no playlist for Elimination nor 343i game type labeled as such. Second, elimination traditionally doesn’t allow you to revive allies. While traditionally there are rounds, the achievement says it has to be done in one round in Matchmade game. So, either they are adding another playlist to multiplayer and need to speak up about the game type or they need to address that the game is having more set back than they foresaw.

Personally I think this is stupid because you can earn the Necromancer medal in Attrition, which uses the same language in its description as the achievement. But 343 has decided you are not allowed to earn that achievement yet.

They are adding another playlist. It’s 4v4 single life, with revives. Best of 9 wins.

That’s annoying. I have like 7 achievements left and that was one of them. Was hoping I could 100% the game this month but instead I’m just waiting on 343 to put up elimination.

I’m having issues when regular achievements unlocking when in Attrition. Grapplejacked a Banshee and no achievement. Perfect kill with VR Commando and no achievement. I’m not sure if the achievements are bugged or if it’s this game mode.
