Medals you have but only have one of

This game and halo in general throw medals at you constantly. What are some of the medals you have earned but only have one of. And I don’t mean for gametypes you never play (infection for me), but medals you would be eligible for at any time, just have only gotten once. Mine are:

Flagsassination - I believe I got this very early in my H5 time playing breakout and got it completely by accident, someone literally landed in front of me their back to me while I had the flag
Pounder/pound town - I never use ground pound
Sayonara - proud to say I actually went for this and triggered the medal on purpose (not boosted, I have video of it)

Mine are probably Fastball and Killionaire (no clue when I obtained either of them).

Snipeltaneous & Airborne snapshot. The last one was definitely an accident, as I find it hard to snipe without zooming in.

Perfection, Unfriggenbelivable, Clutch kill, Snipeltaneous, Resourceful, Zombicide, Flagsassination.
Also with loads I still haven’t got

I only have one of the following:

Inconceivable - 35 Kills without dying.

Alley Oop - Launch a power weapon with a sticky so a team mate can pick it up.

Clutch Kill - In the last few seconds kill an enemy to tie or gain the lead.

Sayonara - Damage am enemy before they fall to their death.

Snipeltaneous - Kill two or more players with a single sniper bullet.

Shockingly I have 7 Killionaires. No idea where they came from. Whoops

Flag champion (I’m so proud of this one!) it was the shortest capture the flag game I’ve ever played.
