sometimes i do a specific task for a medal and i dont earn it is just me or not?
This has happened to me as well in the early days. I don’t keep track of it now but sometimes it just doesn’t record or, rarely, it may record a couple of hours later. Chance are it won’t show up and you just have to do it again.

yeah it happens quite often too
i should’ve gotten an extermination that time but i didnt 
Yeah It happens to me as well. I’ve been trying to get the Cluster Luck Medal just because it funny to hear the announcer say it. It shows up on the feed that I got a double grenade kill but he doesnt say it and I dont get the medal.
Try checking your medals through your Service Record. Hardly does anything get missed in there.

ya i know i have checked there how im certain if this is i have skyjacked a few banshes before and got the medal in-game but it hasnt counted for my stats
