So I played a perfect match the other day, I ran 26 kills 0 deaths. I got up to a Running Riot, then the host migrated and for some reason my kills streak medals reset… So I started over from killing spree up to another Frenzy…
Does anybody know who I can talk to/how I can the Rampage and Untouchable medals I deserve? I’ve been trying to get that high of a kill streak since I got the game at its release, and I haven’t heard back from Bungie Support.
Has anybody else had an issue like this? Mondo frustrating and a serious bummer when I realized I didn’t get what I clearly earned

This always happens. Sprees reset when you go to a black screen. I’m really not sure how this isn’t easily repairable. Anyhoo, you can’t get the medals.
I have never heard of someone who would have gotten a medal after a game through support.
It’s something you have to deal with, also even if they were to put in a medal in that match stat, I doubt you’d get the achievement because achievements doesn’t track stats saved on a server.
So, you most likely won’t get the medal, then everyone would want their medals. Only thing you can do is getting it the hard way.
You didn’t hear back from Bungie support because Bungie quit managing Halo in August of 2011. They no longer have any control of anything Halo.
Sadly, you just won’t get the medals at all. I’m sure the 343 I programmers are too busy with Halo 4 to manually turn on medals for someone.
If they did it for you, they’d need to do it for everyone, and as often as Reach match making goes to black screen I don’t think they have the time to watch the entire community’s clips and manually turn on medals for everyone who gets deprived of them.
