Is the Mechanised Mayhem REQ Pack actually worth the $10 or 80k req points? What actually is inside it that makes it so special? Should I just save up for something else when something better is released?
I opened 1 and it really was not worth it, but I have about 350k req points so I don’t mind. It costs 70k more than a gold pack and you only get 1 more permanent unlock. It also includes anything rare and above which is only slightly better than a gold pack including anything uncommon and above. For 80k I got mostly rare which can give mongooses and standard banshee’s. You’d be guaranteed to get more vehicles (both permanent and single use) by buying 8 gold packs than 1 mechanised mayhem pack

Is it worth $10? Of course not.
Is it worth 80k RP? Maybe, depends on how fast you accrue that many RP and how much you like vehicles.
So not worth it. The previous comments here show why
These special packs are pretty much never worth it… Just keep grinding packs…ooen , bronze… then silvers then golds… 80 in req points gets you 32 silver unlocks or 16 gold unlocks.

No definitely not just open gold packs as you go
The pack is now gone from the in-game store. A permanent unlock definitely isn’t worth ten bucks though.
No. Use the bronze, silver, gold method, with plat packs from MLG and you will have everything & more in no time.

I’ve been doing that for about a year, haven’t gotten too much with silver, what im really hoping for is a new visor xD
It’s not worth it for the unlocks, but I liked it because I mostly use vehicles for WZ and FF so this was a good way to get a bunch of vehicles with my stockpile of points.
It’s not worth it. Especially if you already have every req item unlocked.
Unless you have a ton of RP sitting around and don’t mind spending it, it’s not worth it. Stick with the Silver-Gold method.
Speaking of req packs, anyone know about what rank you’ll be when you unlock all the reqs? I know it’ll just be an approximation.

By the time you approach / achieve SR 140, you should have everything unlocked. At the very least, expect to spend 8+ months on the Silver-Gold grind.

It doesn’t matter about rank, someone with max rank could have less unlocked than someone who’s level 84, req points don’t equal your rank
Earned 105,000 req points and decided to go with silver packs rather than the mechanized mayhem req pack, as the consensus is here in this thread. In my case, that was probably a mistake. All I got for my 21 silver packs was helmets, visors, and armor. I could care less about the cosmetics. No offense to those of you who like or actually grind for this kind of stuff. I like tools I can use in the game like weapons, vehicles, power-ups, etc. It would have been better for me to just go with the mechanized mayhem req pack for 80,00 req points and get certs for functional items. Oh well. Looks like I’ll be grinding to 80,000 to buy that pack now. I hate gambling.
